The Count.It iOS app seamlessly integrates with the Count.It platform, providing iPhone users with the opportunity to participate in their company wellness challenge. By downloading the app, you can easily track and compare your physical activity levels to the average within your company.
METRICS: Once connected, the Count.It app automatically retrieves activity data from Apple Health. This data is then utilized by Count.It to generate your personal Count.It score. Additionally, you will be placed on a social leaderboard alongside your colleagues.
COUNT.IT SCORE: Your Count.It score is derived from your physical activity, specifically tracking steps and cycling miles. These metrics are converted into a simple, single score. As a point of reference, achieving 10,000 steps will result in a Count.It score of 100.
